For the third consecutive year, RippleMatch named Credera a 2023 Campus Forward Award winner in the Midsize Early Career Programs category. This list represents the top 50 early career programs in the nation that hire between 101 to 250 entry-level candidates and interns annually.

About the Campus Forward Award by Ripplematch
RippleMatch designed the Campus Forward Award to highlight campus recruiting teams that implement innovative recruiting strategies, care deeply about the candidate experience, invest significantly in diversity and inclusion, and support the next generation of talent through impactful internships and entry-level talent development. To be considered for the award, early career teams submitted detailed applications answering multiple-choice and short-answer questions on these topics.
Winners were then selected based on the answers submitted and a comparison between similarly sized recruiting programs. RippleMatch considered how organizations have developed virtual recruitment strategies and used different channels and technologies to recruit, retain, and support a diverse group of candidates for entry-level roles.
