After 10 weeks, you will truly understand what it's like to be a part of the Credera family.     First-Round Interviews

    This first step will include completing a virtual interview to share your story and ask any questions you may have about Credera and a take-home exercise.

    Final-Round Interviews

    This set of interviews goes deeper into your story and your skills. One interview will focus on behavioral questions and the other will review your take-home exercise.

    Decision

    After completing the application process you will be contacted with information of our decision and have time to ask any additional questions about Credera.

Frequently Asked Questions

We value diversity of perspective, so Credera considers students from a variety of majors and backgrounds for our campus roles. Most applicants have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, but we always want to understand the story behind the number.

A well-rounded resume with a variety of experiences is a great way to stand out. Try building a connection with Credera through our various campus events and tell us about your whole self in addition to professional experiences.

Please indicate your location preference on the online application and we will work together throughout the interview process to find the best fit for you. Only include the locations that you are open to relocating to upon graduation or for your summer internship.

The take-home exercise will vary based on the practice you are applying for. Management Consulting candidates will solve case studies and Technology and Front-end Developer candidates will complete different code exercises, Experience Design candidates will work through design challenges, and Researcher candidates will conduct research to build a journey map.

We call our working model ‘Flexible Connection’. This approach allows flexibility for our people while building meaningful connections, and delivering exceptional client service. Teams are committed to providing flexibility in both working hours and location and make inclusive decisions with respect for each team member’s needs and work preferences. This model also incorporates Flexible Fridays, which allow our teams to either get a head start on the weekend or provide more time for self-care.

Our interview process is entirely virtual and is designed to understand your technical and behavioral abilities. Communication is key to acing these interviews, so make sure your responses are concise and honest. Dress professionally, set up a quiet space, and prepare questions to learn all you can during the time.

Credera is devoted to developing our consultants into future leaders of the firm. All team members are assigned a Career Coach as a part of our Career Performance Management program to provide guidance and feedback so you can achieve your goals and advance your career.

All entry-level team members are offered a competitive salary with a relocation bonus upon signing. Credera offers a full array of health care and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additional benefits include 15 days of paid time off (annually) and immediate participation in Credera's retirement plan (with matching). Beyond that, the Credera culture is an exciting place to grow through diverse project experiences, mentorship opportunities, and community service projects.

Credera does not require our consultants to travel, but there are plenty of opportunities to do so. Additionally, our Flexible Connection Model allows you and your project team to schedule core work hours and in-person connection times, providing flexibility in your work schedule. 

At Credera, we believe development doesn’t only happen on client work. There are many other ways you can grow and develop, from Architect School to our First Year Consultant Program to annual Training Time Off allotment. Additionally, our Learning Management System provides employees with internally developed content and externally curated content through third-party providers like Udemy.
