Our employee resource groups (ERGs) exist to provide opportunities for team members to build relationships with others who share common interests, backgrounds, and experiences. Each ERG has their own mission and strategies to make an extraordinary impact on our colleagues, business outcomes, and the community.

The importance of ERGs.

Creating a sense of belonging for everyone is a vital part of the Credera experience. Our employee resource groups are the core of how we bring our people together. Each ERG positively impacts employee satisfaction, inclusion, and engagement, which improves innovation and produces positive effects for our clients. Fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace through ERGs helps everyone win.

Creating community

Organizations with diverse, equitable, and inclusive cultures experience the highest levels of employee engagement (9.8 times higher) and 5.4 times higher employee retention. Our ERGs create connection to best support our underserved and underrepresented communities and provide experiences that celebrate what makes us all unique.

Through community partnerships, our ERGs also provide mentorship and external workshops with the goal of closing the technology gap experienced by underrepresented youth. 

Business impacts

A recent study revealed companies with above-average diversity scores demonstrated 45% higher innovation revenue compared to 25% for companies with below-average diversity scores. A Gartner study showed through 2022, 75% of companies with diverse workforces will exceed their financial targets.  

Overall, an investment in ERGs boosts the bottom line through increased innovation, talent retention, and talent acquisition.
