At Credera, we are passionate about making an impact, whether it be for our clients or our local communities. Across our North America markets, employees came together the week of April 20th to serve their communities on Credera Service Week, a Credera Community Impact initiative.
Credera Service Week 2026
More than 250 employees across the U.S. markets including Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, New York City, Denver, and even virtually, stepped away from their desks and into local communities for Service Week. Credera team members served over 700 hours across 25 unique events in partnership with 20 nonprofit organizations.
Credera volunteers participated in activities such as assembling roughly 500 kid-friendly suture kits, cleaning and refurbishing technology, gathering STEM summer camp materials, mentoring future leaders in career pathways, and sharing skills such as personal finance, and more.
Empowering the next generation
Within each market this year, Credera was able to serve and empower the next generation through education and mentorship.
In Dallas at Thomas Jefferson High School, Credera volunteers spent time with students providing insights into professional pathways, mentorship, and our work.
"This presentation was very impactful,” said one student. “I learned the importance of a mentor and how to identify one in my own life.”
In Chicago, volunteers partnered with Junior Achievement to lead 75 students through simulated budgeting and financial literacy exercises.
"To the kids—thank you for the laughs and the reminder that learning is best when it doesn't feel like learning. I'll be back," said Senior Consultant Sean Finley.
Across North America, many similar and especially memorable moments unfolded as employees gave back by assisting nonprofit partners and advancing a greater mission.
Moments like these are what make Service Week so meaningful. They offer a clear reminder of the impact Credera employees can make when they bring their time, skills, and energy into the communities around them.

Credera Community Impact (CCI) is Credera’s philanthropic arm focused on positively impacting the communities where we live and work. CCI provides opportunities to participate in service and invest in communities across our North American markets.
The mission of CCI is to make a difference in the lives of people who are circumstantially blocked from reaching their full potential, specifically in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) education and awareness. We work with people of all ages and backgrounds, but primarily with students and nonprofit organizations promoting education and STEAM to diverse groups of people.
CCI is organized into three pillars:
Inspire: Directly serving constituents.
Create: Developing materials and programs to serve constituents.
Elevate: Helping our nonprofit partner organizations serve their constituents more effectively.
A deeper purpose
Service Week isn’t just about volunteer hours; it’s about empowering nonprofit organizations to increase their capacity to serve. By focusing on where we can be most helpful, our nonprofit partners are able to focus on how they can be most productive and impactful for their constituents.
As Credera continues to grow, the company can increase our capacity to serve as well. Our mission and focus remain the same. We come together to give back and prioritize things that matter most.

Service Week continually strengthens the “why” behind what we do. This opportunity allows us to embody our values by taking action; particularly, by putting people first in service, we reflect on what sets Credera apart.
This impact extends far beyond the work we do day-to-day. Deepening relationships both internally and in external communities is a key reminder of the reasons we prioritize service.
