Credera Community Impact
Credera Community Impact (CCI) is how we give back to the places where we live and work. CCI creates opportunities to make a real difference by getting out from behind our desks and showing up for community service across every market we're in.
The mission of CCI is to help people who face barriers to reaching their full potential, with a focus on STEAM education and access. We work with people of all ages and backgrounds, partnering primarily with students and nonprofits that promote education and STEAM opportunities for everyone.

Fulfills our mission
Our mission involves having a positive impact on our clients, our people, and our communities. CCI is how we make that real. In 2025, we hosted 33 CCI events with 27 nonprofit partners, and more than 270 Crederians contributed almost 1,900 volunteer hours across all our markets.
Brings deeper significance
The work we do for clients is important, but it isn’t our only focus. Serving our communities and helping people overcome barriers gives us a deeper purpose and invests in high-potential future members of the workforce.
Creates lasting change
We align our work with key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, so what we do connects to bigger outcomes around the world. We partner with organizations that track their impact, which means we can see the broader change we're helping create.
Our Partnerships
Building strong connections
We work with nonprofits aligned to our CCI mission year-round. We volunteer, fundraise, and deliver pro bono projects. Beyond ongoing volunteer work and community investment, CCI sponsors three signature programs each year: Nonprofit Consulting Leadership Program (NCLP), the summer intern service event, and our annual company-wide Service Day.

OUR APPROACH
Organizing around three pillars
We focus our CCI work across three pillars: Inspire, Create, and Elevate.
Inspire
Our work connects us directly with the people our nonprofit partners serve, like leading career day workshops and helping students see what's possible in STEAM careers.
Create
We develop content that helps students learn more about STEAM or grow their abilities, from producing STEAM kits to creating educational materials that can be used with different groups.
Elevate
We work directly with nonprofit leaders to solve specific challenges they're facing, offering pro bono consulting services, website audits, or help developing social media and marketing strategies.
Our Impact
Our Nonprofit Consulting Leadership Program (NCLP)
Our pro bono consulting program has grown into a nationwide initiative we now call the Nonprofit Consulting Leadership Program (NCLP). The NCLP helps us go deeper with our nonprofit partners while giving junior Credera practitioners the chance to scope and deliver short-term, end-to-end client engagements.
Through these projects, we help our partners reach organizational and community goals and solve problems they might not otherwise have the resources to tackle.
