Credera and Colorado Succeeds work together to drive community impact

One partnership that embodies this ethos is the collaboration between Credera and Colorado Succeeds. Colorado Succeeds initially engaged Credera through Credera’s Nonprofit Consulting Leadership Program (NCLP) in 2022, and has blossomed into a multi-year partnership that’s a win-win for both organizations. This partnership not only benefits the Colorado community but fosters professional growth and fulfillment between our organizations.

Colorado Succeeds at a glance 

Colorado Succeeds is a coalition of business leaders with a vision to radically improve education and training outcomes for all learners. Its members are building a system where learners are educated to their greatest potential, employers can recruit homegrown talent, and policymakers are responsive to critical needs.  

Through policies and programs that center students and families facing systemic inequities, Colorado Succeeds works to remove barriers to accessing opportunities and resources they need to reach their greatest potential.  

About the partnership  

While the work Credera does for clients is important and meaningful, it's not enough for that to be our only focus as a firm. Serving our communities and making a difference in the lives of people who are circumstantially blocked from reaching their full potential provides a deeper and longer lasting purpose. 

That is why we’ve created the NCLP. This pro bono consulting program has grown into a nationwide initiative that provides an opportunity to build deeper relationships with several of our nonprofit partners and allows junior Credera practitioners the chance to scope and deliver short-term, end-to-end client engagements.

Credera Community Impact (CCI), Credera’s philanthropic arm that sponsors the NCLP program, exists to make a difference in the lives of people, primarily students and nonprofits, who are circumstantially blocked from reaching their full potential. With CCI’s focus on STEM education and awareness, coupled with Colorado Succeeds' mission to create change alongside educators, policy leaders, and community partners, this partnership unlocks the possibility for real change at scale.
