Credera Honored by Top Workplaces With Four Culture Excellence Awards, Including DE&I Practices

Top Workplaces recently named Credera a finalist in four 2022 National Culture Excellence Awards: DE&I Practices, Appreciation, Employee Well-Being, and Professional Development. Each award testifies to Credera’s positive company culture and intentional efforts toward employee satisfaction.
“I am thrilled for Credera to be recognized on Top Workplaces’ DE&I list for the first time,” said Credera Partner and Chief Diversity Officer Nickoria Johnson. “Our team has worked really hard to continually improve diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellness at the firm, so I’m deeply grateful our progress has been felt by our employees, reflected in the Top Workplaces survey results, and now recognized externally.”
“Our talent development team is dedicated to providing excellent professional development opportunities to all employees at every level, and it’s been an honor to see our team’s initiatives grow and support our people in their careers,” said Amanda Leavitt, senior director and head of talent development. “To be given this award for professional development feels like the cherry on top of the already rewarding work we get to do.”
These culture awards were given after also being named a 2022 Top Workplace USA national award winner, a 2022 Great Place to Work, and a Forbes World’s Best Management Consulting Firm earlier this year.
Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards
The Top Workplaces program highlights organizations that are creating extraordinary company cultures and work environments for their employees. The National Culture Excellence Awards recognize exceptional companies in specific aspects of company culture.
Backed by data received over 16 years from more than 27 million surveys at over 70,000 organizations, Top Workplaces has developed objective benchmarks to determine its award winners. All awards are based solely on employee survey responses, which include statements regarding 15 research-based culture drivers. The DE&I Practices award includes additional survey statements for consideration.
