Credera integrated first- and third-party data sources, deployed machine learning models in Azure Databricks, and centralized the distribution system in Salesforce Sales Cloud. This resulted in enriched lead data, clear lead prioritization, and uninterrupted lead delivery within 10 minutes, fostering increased collaboration and trust with the dealer network.

The Challenge

Dealer sales associates needed accurate and comprehensive data on potential customers to create personalized sales experiences. The challenge was to deliver this data in real-time to take advantage of a buyer's immediate intent. Additionally, the data had to be presented in a simple, consumable manner within existing dealer systems to ensure ease of use and effectiveness.

The Solution

Integrating data and deploying real-time analytics.

Credera addressed the challenge by integrating first- and third-party data sources to generate insights for each lead. Machine learning models were built and deployed in Azure Databricks to analyze and score each lead. A centralized source of truth and distribution system were established in Salesforce Sales Cloud to deliver the enriched and scored leads to dealers. This ensured the data was accurate, timely, and easily accessible within the dealers' existing systems.
