Omnicom engaged Credera to lead the implementation of a marketing resource management (MRM) platform to manage the leading luxury automaker’s global marketing efforts. With a tight deadline of three months, the platform needed to provide transparency, control, and automation of complex processes. Credera successfully designed, built, and launched the 'Horizon' platform, integrated with various tools, and onboarded nearly 500 users across 42 markets and 20 agencies. The platform centralized 81% of the work within the first two months, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.

The Challenge

Rapid implementation of a global MRM platform

Omnicom faced the challenge of launching an MRM platform within three months to capture and manage all of the automaker’s marketing activities globally. The platform needed to standardize and automate complex processes, provide transparency and control, and integrate with existing tools. Omnicom required a solution that could be rapidly deployed and adopted across multiple markets and agencies.

The Solution

Designing and launching 'Horizon'

Credera managed a cross-agency and supplier team to design, build, launch, and run the 'Horizon' platform. Built on Screendragon, with integrations including adZU, Teams, and PowerBI, Horizon was designed around operational principles and desired ways of working. Credera's approach included designing workflows and features tailored to the client's needs, ensuring a seamless integration and user experience. The comprehensive training and onboarding process enabled rapid adoption across 42 markets and 20 agencies.
