Developing a custom analytics platform.

Credera hosted requirement gathering sessions with over 30 stakeholders to assess business needs and coordinate metric definitions. A bespoke analytics platform was built, incorporating first- and third-party data with custom monitoring and alerting. Credera's Experience Design and Data & Analytics teams collaborated to create a brand-centric dashboard design guide. Our teams designed interactive lead management dashboards with over 15 pages, backed by extensive data validation and user acceptance testing. This comprehensive solution provided the automaker with a scalable and reliable analytics platform.
