Our client had an extremely laborious process that required manual validation of order proposals and order confirmations emails, meaning the sales team spent time and effort largely on non-core activities. They also struggled with inaccurate forecasting.

The Solution

Creating efficiencies through Pega.

A solution to have 3 core modules managed by 3 separate teams (Pega, OCR & RPA) was envisioned. Credera took the lead on the Pega module, which forms the face of the application and provides process visibility, control and business rule validation. We leveraged Pega 8.4.3 case management framework to manage the order confirmation process, incorporating business validation and integration with the other two key modules.
