"At Credera, there is a very clear and easy to understand path for career advancement. My career coach has been instrumental in helping me define a career path that aligns with my professional interests and technical skills, while helping me understand what next-level readiness looks like. I meet with my career coach on a monthly basis and use this time to identify specific steps I can take in my project work to demonstrate my skills, learnings, and growth. In my first year at Credera, I have not only experienced tremendous growth as a software engineer, but also as a person.”
Consultant, Technology Solutions
“From the first conversation to the final interview, Credera was deliberate in providing a speedy, challenging, and engaging recruitment experience that introduced me to a variety of people and their perspectives. This, coupled with Credera's people-focused culture and opportunity for growth, left no doubt in my mind that Credera was where I wanted to start my career.”
Consultant, Management Consulting
“When searching for a full-time career, I wanted something that was technology focused but still gave me ample opportunity to communicate and connect with people. As a Technology Solutions Consultant at Credera, I’ve often found myself working through a stack trace with my teammates in one minute and then leading a product demo for C-suite stakeholders in the next. Consulting has provided me with the best of both worlds, people and technology. The fulfillment I’ve felt thus far in my career is a reflection of that.”
Consultant, Technology Solutions
“Credera has delivered in providing me the client exposure, meaningful responsibility, and opportunity to lead early in my career. I've been staffed on projects ranging from the aerospace and defense industry to energy and even grocery stores. Each with unique asks, such as performing an analysis of a company's marketing technology capabilities, website creation on a user design project, and more traditional project management. These experiences have improved my ability to adapt to different situations and learn quickly, being prepared for and supported through any challenge that I may face.”
Consultant, Management Consulting
“From the outset of my internship, I was given complete trust by my team and ownership over my work. Not only was I able to research, brainstorm, and propose solutions, but I also had several opportunities to present my work, ranging from re-designed website pages to newly designed app screens, both to the Credera team and to the client. This responsibility introduced me to personal strengths and weaknesses that I had not known before and allowed me to grow in both areas. My project team and career coach made sure that I felt comfortable and confident by providing me with feedback, sharing resources, and encouraging me every step of the way.”
Summer 2021 Intern, Experience Design
“Despite being an intern at Credera, I was given the responsibilities of an entry-level consultant. I was able to create genuine relationships not only with my fellow intern class, but with members of my project team and Credera leadership. I was even able to stay in contact with these individuals after the internship for continued guidance and mentorship. I accepted my full-time return offer with Credera because it checked off the three main attributes I was looking for in a future workplace: an outstanding company culture that respects its employees as individuals, a job that allows me to flex my problem-solving skills, and an environment that supports growth and learning for its employees.”
