OPC is dedicated to promoting acceptance and advocacy for our LGBT+ employees and their allies, creating opportunities for leadership, visibility, community involvement, networking, and business.
What's happening within OPC?
OPC seeks to provide community and support for employees through internal events, community service opportunities, and other initiatives focused on our four pillars of inclusion, leadership, community, and business. OPC regularly hosts events across and within Credera’s offices, such as virtual and in-person happy hours, 5Ks to support local LGBT+ causes, movie screenings and diverse leadership panels. What programming does OPC focus on?
OPC is open to Credera’s LGBT+ employees and allies. We aim to create visibility, awareness, and dialogue within Credera and alongside the Omnicom OPEN Pride network. OPC’s programming has focused on education around allyship, intersectionality, to increase dialogue and promote a culture of inclusion, connectedness, and continued learning. This allows our employees to be their authentic selves at work.
