Bailey's Story

At a work happy hour, Bailey was asked by two Credera teammates how she was transitioning to the new office after relocating from Dallas to Denver. Overcoming the temptation to give an easy answer, she decided to open up and share that she was having a difficult time.

The way Garrison Neely and Mike Morain responded created a significant moment of impact for her. Credera employees care about having real and honest conversations with each other about our mental health, and these two teammates' compassion made all the difference for Bailey.
