Credera Promotes Peter Yobo to Partner

Credera, a global, boutique consulting firm focused on strategy, innovation, data, and technology, is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter Yobo to Credera’s partner team.

Peter joined the firm as a principal in our Management Consulting Practice in 2019 and now serves as the market leader in the Atlanta office. In addition to Peter’s market responsibilities, he continues to lead management consulting and experience design projects with clients.

Throughout his career, Peter has worked with Fortune 500, mid-market, and startup clients across various industries. Peter has over a decade of experience delivering solutions for clients with a focus on product, innovation, and experience design.

Prior to joining Credera, Peter worked at Door.com as director of product, at TYG Consulting as director of innovation, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a manager in the customer and product practices.

Peter graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

He currently serves on the board of a Dallas-based nonprofit called In My Shoes, on the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) Advisory Committee for Lambda Chi Alpha, and as an advisor to multiple startups. He is also a member of Alder (formerly known as Gen Next).

Outside of the office, Peter loves to read, train, ride his road bike, and spend time with his wife Brooke and two kids, Barrett and Hope.

We sat down with Peter to learn more about his journey toward joining the Credera partner team.

Q&A With Peter Yobo:

What are you focusing on at Credera? 

I focus primarily on product, experience design, and innovation. I also serve as the Atlanta market leader for Credera. 

How would you describe your approach to leadership? 

I lead with love. Every aspect of business requires people. Regardless of how much we leverage technology, we still have people at the core of everything we do. People are their best when they are seen, cared for, supported, and loved for who they are. When that is true, I believe it unlocks potential and capacity unique to each person that allows for greater success in everything we do.

What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in your career so far? 

To prioritize the relationships and investment in people. The rest follows. 

What are you most excited about now that you’re a part of the Credera partner team? 

There are over 4,000 people working together toward a compelling vision of the impact we can have on each other, our clients, and the communities we serve. I am excited for the role I get to play in encouraging, supporting, and building that team.
