The solution tracks freight arrival and enables exhibitors during a show to register and track requests submitted to Freeman more quickly and effectively than ever before—while giving show organizers a clearer, more detailed, real-time view of show operations than was previously possible. Customer satisfaction has increased, and the company is better able to attract and retain customers even in tough times.
