Credera hosted its first ever Denver Digital Executive Forum event on October 4, 2022, with 14 senior executives from across Colorado for an afternoon of learning, laughing, and building meaningful connections in a non-selling environment. The overarching topic was "Trustworthy Marketing: Walking the Line Between Personalization and Privacy," which yielded fascinating conversations.
Credera Partner Kara Williams facilitated a panel discussion featuring Jeff Johnston, lead economist at CoBank, Mark Isakson, former chief customer officer at Pinnacol Assurance, and Ashlee Collins, senior vice president of technology and product at Inspirato. After the panel, the executives and Credera leaders networked and shared ideas while enjoying charcuterie and wine, expertly curated by Williams, who is a level two sommelier.
The inaugural forum event was a resounding success and established a strong foundation for the Denver Strategic Forums to come.
Insights From the Event
“The topic of the first executive forum was extremely helpful as I think about how I ethically expand my business,” said Pamela Harless, founder and CEO of Collective Confidence. “It is such a fine line between creating a personalized experience and respecting my client’s privacy, so I learned some great insights from the other executives’ experiences.”
Other leaders from companies such as Angi, Care.com, Homebot, Outdoor Channel, and others had the opportunity to share their insights during the question and answer portion of the event.
About the Strategic Forums
All Credera Strategic Forums are conducted in a non-selling, collaborative format, creating the space to build genuine connections. This event was no different.
“Denver is a special place for business leaders,” said Williams. “The spirit of the West and concentration of entrepreneurs makes us a great market for our Strategic Executive Forums. We plan to leverage what we’ve done well in other markets and try new formats that match our Denver-specific market.”
Credera’s Dallas and Houston offices host a total of 10 executive forums in the same format, but this event marked the soft-launch for a Credera Denver-based forum.
“I am extremely proud of the hard work our Denver team put into this event to make it a success. It was both fun and rewarding to host such a wonderful group of executives,” said Anat Fraenkel, Denver’s lead for brand and market. “We want to replicate the success and turn this into a recurring forum where Denver executives can discuss and share thought leadership in a non-competitive, non-selling environment,” continued Fraenkel. “We also know that we have a really special ‘CreDenver’ brand to share with this market, and look forward to learning together.”
