Tom is a Director and Market Lead for Credera in Australia and New Zealand, splitting his time between our Sydney and Auckland office locations. He joined the firm in 2023, having previously spent time consulting in digital transformation, strategy, and technology with Accenture and EY. Graduating with a degree in law, Tom’s career began in the advertising industry with Saatchi’s international media arm and includes significant time in digital leadership roles with Omnicom, Havas, and WPP agencies in the UK and New Zealand, a stint with Yahoo!, running his own agency, and time with an early ad-tech startup. Tom is responsible for growing Credera’s business in the APAC region, working with clients directly and alongside our technology partners and agencies within Omnicom. He works hands-on in projects with our clients to develop the case for change, set the strategy, and develop the roadmap, helping them to get things back on track when a program has gone astray and is failing to deliver the expected business outcomes. Outside of the office Tom is a devoted dad and husband and enjoys music, reading, football, golf, and riding his mountain bike. He also has a couple of governance roles in community sports organizations and advises start-ups to help them avoid the mistakes he made.
