How It Started
The origins of Credera.
Credera was founded over 25 years ago by several leaders who had a vision for a different consulting model; one that was not only great for our clients, but also for our people and our communities as well. They were intent on building an organization that was values-led and more flexible than competing firms. And over the years, their vision became a reality.
Credera has experienced sustained and rapid growth, both through organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. We're now built from bringing together six different companies, including DMW Group (UK based, founded in 1989), Smart Digital (Germany based, founded in 2011), BrightGen (UK based, founded in 2006), TA Digital (US based, founded in 2000), and Areteans (India based, founded in 2015).
Credera has an amazing growth story. We now have global scale yet continue to deliver bespoke experiences that deliver unparalleled value for our clients. We love being at the forefront of guiding businesses on how to transform their operations.

What’s next for Credera?
In 2018, Credera had 300 employees in three U.S. locations. Today, we have continued to gain momentum and now have a team of 3,000+ members across 17 locations globally.
Our intention was never to become the biggest consulting firm; rather, we want to be the best in the spaces we play. This is still true to this day with our global, boutique approach, and staying true to this mission is one of the core reasons we believe we'll continue to see success in the future.
