Jen is a Partner in Credera's Chicago office. Jen is responsible for overseeing market growth strategy as the Chicago lead and working with the executive team to help grow and scale the firm's global presence. She is passionate about building values-driven organizations where people have the opportunity to thrive and experience growth. She has over 25 years of experience in the consulting, digital, and technology spaces with a focus on driving customer-centric digital transformation, helping organizations to unlock business value, and leading large-scale, complex organizational change initiatives. Prior to joining Credera in 2019, Jen worked in consulting leadership roles across the U.S., U.K. and Australia.

Jen graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. She enjoys life in Chicago with her husband, Jason, and their three dogs. As a classically trained chef, Jen loves to host dinner gatherings – she is also a boxer in exhibition bouts and is the lead singer in an 80s rock cover band.
