Dan has 20 years of experience delivering successful transformation programs for clients across financial services, central government, and technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. He leads the management consulting practice at Credera Oceania, based in our Sydney office.

A highly experienced transformation lead, Dan can drive the design, business case sign-off, and deployment of digital delivery and platform modernisation, business and operational change, and IT sourcing. He is passionate about digital transformation and delivering innovation to disrupt legacy processes and markets.

Dan currently leads the Credera team engaged on a complex, cross-Omnicom and multi-vendor Australian federal government project. He manages a range of very senior and interwoven stakeholder relationships. It requires architecting solutions, managing resourcing, driving delivery quality, monitoring performance, and responding to the changing needs of this large agency.

Previously, he helped introduce Everest, a new reinsurer, to the Singapore and Australia markets, including developing the business case and driving the process to secure the required licensing with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) respectively. For the Bank of England, he led a review of the data strategy to determine an investment roadmap for the data and analytics function of the bank and secured sign-off from the board.
