With the marketplace's on-demand platform, homeowners can find and vet local, prescreened home service professionals and instantly book appointments online or through their award-winning mobile app, which is compatible with all iOS, Android and virtual assistants, including Amazon Alexa. The marketplace was interested in finding new ways to connect customers with service professionals utilizing new engagement platforms.

Credera provided resources, strategy, and technical skill to successfully introduce a digital marketplace service matching experience on two separate IoT platforms. Credera redesigned the language model of an existing minimal Alexa skill and added new functionality to improve overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, Credera added automated systems to assure a quality skill could be consistently delivered.
Credera worked closely with the digital marketplace to bring the familiarity of their award-winning mobile application to the Samsung Family Hub line of refrigerators. Credera received the desired user experience and brought on our project management and mobile development expertise to rapidly create a new native application under very tight deadlines.
