LIFE AT CREDERA | ERG
Gender Diversity
At Credera, our Gender Diversity network seeks to clarify and remove barriers faced by people of all genders and work towards gender parity. Success for us means having market-leading policies, practices, and representation on gender in place, so that eventually we are no longer required.
Our Approach
Crafting a future for gender equity.
Our mission is to continue working towards a gender equitable environment.
Connect
We want to understand the different issues faced by our people, how they show up intersectionally, and learn how best to support colleagues to continue working towards gender equity.
Champion
By working on both internal and external initiatives, we will continue the conversation and center our commitment to equity.
Celebrate
Through a variety of events and social posts, we want to acknowledge the progress that has and continues to be made.
FOCUS AREAS
Forging paths to equal representation and recognition.
Our goal is to meet our targets for senior and total representation for female and underrepresented genders at Credera. We aim to gain assurance of our efforts to meet gender equity by attaining external accreditation. To learn best practices where gender plays a part, we collaborate with external committees that focus on diversity and inclusion and launch new gender-related policies to ensure equal opportunities for all.
FOCUS AREAS
Charting the course for pay equality.
For pay equality, our goal is to continue to measure gender pay gaps and meet a target for reduction. We will be further measuring our progress by building on our Pay Gap Report, focusing on how everyone can be more mindful of gender-related bias and reviewing our practices to address it.
In the past few years, we have worked really hard to diversify because we recognize this is key to our success. Our growth strategy is underpinned by building diverse and inclusive teams. Join us and make a difference in our committees, networks, as an ally, and as advocates for real change and growth.
