We develop and endorse initiatives that center around mental, social, fiscal, and physical health. We aim to:

Understand the areas that affect our employees with regular surveys to ensure the support we provide is relevant and data-led.

Support those experiencing mental, physical, fiscal, or social wellbeing challenges through a range of tactics—from signposting existing employee assistance programmes and arranging internal projects to inviting external speakers to present as a way to reduce stigma and educate staff.

What’s happening within Credera Wellbeing?

We are currently focusing on improving our wellbeing support across four areas—mental health, fiscal, physiological, and social support. We recently ran a pulse survey and are working to ensure a program of work that focuses on the areas most important to our staff. This includes tactics like an all-company step-challenge, and ensuring our career coaches have access to best practice in terms of supporting those struggling with mental health issues at work.  

CREDERA THRIVE SPOTLIGHT

Mental Health First Aiders Program.

We are proud to have launched our Mental Health First Aiders Program at Credera. We have various team members, representing different levels of the company and in varying locations, who are specially trained to support Credera team members who are experiencing a mental health challenge. It is through this support system that we aim to meet the needs of our Credera team members experiencing a difficult time in their lives and walk alongside them.
