Empowering Credera parents with flexibility, support, and community to thrive both professionally and personally.
Our Approach
Our vision & approach
The Credera Parenting Network is dedicated to creating an inclusive community where parents feel supported, connected, and empowered to balance work and family life. Through shared experiences, resources, and events, we champion flexibility, foster belonging, and celebrate role models who show that parenthood and career growth can flourish together.
Build community
Build a safe, supportive community where parents share experiences, practical advice, and resources. Foster meaningful connections and an inclusive environment that champions personal and professional growth through collaboration and shared learning.
Create belonging and inclusion
Create a sense of belonging at Credera through engaging events, consistent communication, and peer-to-peer support. Strengthen inclusion with regular sessions that connect people, provide support, inform policy, and drive meaningful cultural change.
Strengthen engagement
Grow community engagement so Credera continues to foster an inclusive culture where parents feel connected and valued. Support this through transparent forums, mentorship circles, and sponsorship from leaders who amplify voices and shape positive change.
Champion representation
Champion visibility and celebrate role models who show that parenthood and career growth can succeed together. Create a workplace where ambition and family life complement each other, inspiring confidence and breaking down barriers for future generations.
FOCUS AREAS
Empowering parents at Credera
We recently conducted a survey to understand what matters most to parents at Credera, shaping our 2026 roadmap. Findings highlighted four main priorities: flexibility as the foundation for success, a strong sense of community, inclusivity through policy awareness and leadership support, and structured frameworks to make returning to work easier.
To deliver these priorities, we have now built a dedicated team committed to turning these insights into action—driving initiatives, creating meaningful programmes, and ensuring every parent feels supported and connected throughout their journey.
As Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) sponsor, I champion the Parenting Network for amplifying parents’ voices, guiding leaders on inclusive practices, and fostering belonging. As a parent of two almost adults, I know how important it is to feel supported at work to navigate the challenges brought by raising new humans. I fully believe that together we need to foster a culture where every parent can progress and support is consistent across Credera.
