Simon is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in our London office. He joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer in 2013, and took the additional role of Chief Operating Officer in 2019. Simon leads both the Delivery and Support functions, which cover client delivery, quality, risk management, operations, resourcing, finance, legal, and internal technology. Prior to joining the firm, Simon worked in finance and operation leadership roles within a number of accountancy and law firms. Simon graduated from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology with a BSc in Computer Science, has an Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Huddersfield, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and is a Chartered Manager and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.  Simon is an advocate for children’s rights through his trustee work with Coram, his experience as a foster parent and adoptive parent. Outside of work Simon, loves to cook, ski, and travel the world with his husband, Jonathan, and three sons.
