Sandra (Sandy) is a Principal within the Management Consulting practice focusing on strategy and program leadership. She is also Credera’s Chicago Market Lead where she is responsible for the continued growth and development of the local team and brand presence within the community. In addition, Sandy provides guidance to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee and campus recruiting as well as Credera Community Impact, the organization’s philanthropic initiative. In all her roles, Sandy demonstrates a passion for nurturing a culture of accessibility, inclusion, and empathy.

Prior to joining Credera, Sandy served as Director of Solution Delivery Services at an $11B industrial supply company, leading process and planning improvement, leadership training, and the Agile project management organization. She has held positions in product, program, and process management at top eCommerce and retail organizations, and started her career as a management consultant for Accenture. Sandy received her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from Purdue University. In her free time, she enjoys travel, reading biographies, mixology, cooking, and baking. Sandy is a long-time Chicago resident and lives with her husband, Corey, and foster-fail Shih Tzu mix, Regina George.
