As a commercially minded chief financial officer, Rowan brings two decades of experience helping ambitious businesses grow, with a track record of leading finance and transformation across advisory, tech, and creative sectors.

He is passionate about finance as a growth enabler, embedding insights, tools, and models that elevate decision-making, all of which are key factors in both the stability and sustainability of Credera and its potential for growth and development. 

Starting with the Big Four accounting firms, Rowan has a strong foundation in technical finance, audit, and corporate controls. Rowan enjoys helping build profitable new revenue streams, leading artificial intelligence (AI)-driven efficiency programs, and navigating large-scale client and agency transitions, all while uplifting financial governance and strategic clarity.

Since joining Omnicom, he has delivered results across multi-entity environments ($5 million to $50 million), including the successful business-to-business (B2B) transformation of three high-performing small- and medium-sized enterprises (LEVO, Made:This, Redhanded) and the strategic leadership of Clemenger BBDO and Clemenger Group. 

He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Melbourne Business School.
