Nolan Grumley is Credera's Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO), based in our New York office. He leads our finance and accounting functions across all global business units and regions, partnering with regional and functional leaders to drive profitability, operational discipline, and sustainable growth. He joined Credera in 2026 with a particular focus on the financial integration of our expanding portfolio of capabilities.

Nolan has more than 20 years of experience in finance, commercial strategy, and global operations across the marketing and technology services industry. Prior to joining Credera, he served as Global CFO at MRM, an Omnicom agency, where he led a financial and operational turnaround across 21 markets, redesigning the firm's global operating model.

Earlier in his career, Nolan held commercial and finance leadership roles at Ogilvy, where he managed large-scale global contracts, led mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations, and built offshore operating models across multiple markets.

Nolan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is qualified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, hiking, and following AFC Wimbledon, sharing his time with his wife, Charlie, and their miniature dachshund, Ziggy.
