Marleta is the Senior Director of Operations at Credera and is located in our Dallas office. Marleta leads Credera’s US Operations Team, which manages the internal systems and process that support Credera’s client projects and oversees physical offices, internal communications, and social events. Marleta joined Credera as a manager in our Management Consulting practice in 2013. Before shifting her focus internally to Credera’s Operations Team in 2016, Marleta was a consultant for about ten years, as a technology consultant and then as a management consultant. As a consultant, Marleta focused on operational excellence, business process improvement, custom application development, and program and project leadership. Prior to joining Credera, she worked at Hitachi Consulting. Marleta graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. Outside of the office, she enjoys attending film festivals with her husband, John, and spends most of her free time with her daughters, Nia and Molly.
