Catherine Hooson leads our Experience Design practice at Credera Oceania. She is a seasoned leader in customer and experience strategy, with over two decades of expertise spanning telecommunications, aviation, health, and government sectors across Australia and the UK.

Catherine is passionate about human-centred design, focusing on deeply understanding user needs, motivations, and values to create transformative experiences. Her work consistently bridges business challenges with innovative, technology-enabled solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for clients and their customers.

Before joining Credera, Catherine led customer strategy and experience transformation initiatives at Alvarez & Marsal, Deloitte Digital, and CHE Proximity (now CHEP Network), earning accolades such as contributing to CHEP’s AdNews "Experience Agency of the Year" win and recognition in the “AdNews Top 30 Emerging Leaders” list.
