Cale is the CEO of Credera Oceania, based in our Sydney office. He leads our team of over 200 people across New Zealand and Australia, always remaining focused on our role, powering sales and growth by helping clients navigate the opportunities and challenges that lie at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data.

Cale firmly believes that technology is only effective when people make it work. He champions investing in people to complement tech programs, a philosophy that underpins his leadership. In line with that belief, he is particularly interested in human-technology interaction, focusing on the human changes required to unlock the full potential of technology investments.

After a decade in sales, marketing, and digital leadership roles on the client side, Cale joined Clemenger group company Levo in 2016, and was appointed CEO in 2020. He became CEO of Credera Oceania in 2025.

Cale brings a wealth of practical and hands-on experience and insight from over a decade in client-side digital and marketing roles. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Sydney, along with studies in digital media, website development, and design.
