Lauren Sheehan Honored as a 2022 Finalist for WomenTech Network’s Digital Transformation Leader of the Year

We are proud to share that Credera Partner Lauren Sheehan was named a finalist for the Digital Transformation Leader of the Year award, one of WomenTech Network’s Women in Tech Global Awards 2022. This award honors women leaders who encourage the integration of digital technology into all areas of business, resulting in fundamental changes to how businesses operate and deliver value to customers.

Fellow finalists included senior women leaders of T-Mobile, Microsoft, Chipotle, and HPE.

About the Digital Transformation Leader of the Year Award

WomenTech Network’s Digital Transformation Leader of the Year award spotlights leaders of the cultural change that requires organizations to challenge their assumptions about the way they work and embrace new ways of operating.

WomenTech Network first nominated leaders including Lauren, and then an external jury confirmed the nominations. Next, the jury went through a review process to evaluate and rate nominees based on their achievements, impacts, nomination reasons, profiles/bios, and publicly available information. Additional criteria to determine finalists included the leaders’ growth in tech, contributions to diversity and inclusion, contributions to their communities at large, and their overall impact.

The candidates with the most points were ranked as finalists. Each jury member then selected three of the nine finalists, and the overall winner was based on overall points.

About Lauren Sheehan

Lauren is a partner in Credera’s Chicago office and leads our Experience Design (XD) Practice. For over 20 years, Lauren has built and led high-performing XD and design teams to deliver engaging experiences by unlocking the power of human-centric design. Fueled by insights, curiosity, design thinking, technology, visual design, and passion, she helps cross-functional teams successfully ship websites of scale, mobile applications, sales tools, dashboards, and other experiences that make a significant impact on businesses and their users. She believes the best experiences deliver uncommonly delightful moments by connecting with people through emotion and beginning with authenticity and trust.

Lauren was a speaker at the WomenTech Global 2022 Conference in May, and is also an active member of CHIEF, a private network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders who are making decisions today and influencing change tomorrow. She’s an avid runner and cook, plays platform tennis (paddle), and loves spending time with her husband and two kids, friends, and extended family.
