Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 14th annual Diversity Leader Award recognizes leadership that goes above and beyond to amplify and improve diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace. Diversity leaders named as winners of the Diversity Leader Award meet the challenges of today’s business environment and act as a vessel for continued change.

About Nickoria Johnson
Nickoria was named Credera’s chief diversity officer in July of 2021. As the chief diversity officer, she leads the firm’s strategy, growth, and focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing. Nickoria joined Credera in 2019, after being a client of the firm for over 13 years across various senior leadership roles at global Fortune 500 companies.
Nickoria attended Howard University and completed her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University. Outside of the office, Nickoria is an advocate for girls in STEM and serves on several nonprofit boards focused on closing the gender gap in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education and careers.
