AI Gender Gap Report 2027 - exclusive preview
Why join us?
Perception vs Reality
Most organisations in the UK believe they are making progress on inclusive AI. New research from Credera and Male Allies suggests the picture is less clear.
Based on a survey of more than 500 UK technology decision-makers, the research looks at who leads and builds AI, how inclusion influences decision-making, and whether organisations are following their stated intentions with formal action.
Join us before the research is published to hear the findings first and hear their implications discussed by a panel of cross-industry senior leaders.
A first look at the findings
89% of leaders say female representation in technology leadership has increased over the past three years.
Yet women most commonly account for just 21-30% of AI leadership teams and the teams building, training and deploying AI.
While 66% of organisations say inclusivity is formally embedded into AI adoption, only 17% formally assess bias and fairness before approving AI programmes.
