Jeff Townes is a Managing Partner located in Credera’s Dallas office. In this role, he is accountable for revenue growth, solution innovation, and strategic engagement with clients and partners in the cloud ecosystem. His responsibilities include: developing assets and offerings, driving market growth and go-to-market programs, scaling operations, and fueling partnership with public cloud vendors.
Jeff is a senior cloud services executive and operations leader with over 19 years of management consulting and technology services experience spanning finance, energy, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. He has expertise leading strategic planning, digital and cloud transformation, organizational modernization, emerging technology adoption, customer success, operations, and revenue growth with enterprise and mid-market clients across North America. Jeff began his career as a software developer and architect and has served in leadership roles across enterprise architecture, large-scale delivery, consulting sales, practice management, offering development, technology alliances, finance, and operations leadership. He has a passion for cloud computing and working together with expert teams and an ecosystem of partners to serve clients in accelerating their cloud adoption journeys. Prior to joining Credera, Jeff worked at Pariveda Solutions as a Managing Vice President of Consulting Operations.
Jeff graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and the Canfield Business Honors Program. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys coaching little league baseball and soccer and escaping to the beach with his wife, Michele, and two boys, David and Andrew, to swim, fish, and scuba dive.
